55 year old man operated for Acute Subdural Hematoma, Cerebral Contusions and Subarachanoid Hemorrhage.
He was unconscious with GCS 7/15, anisocoria and right hemiparesis. Immediately intubated/paralysed and shifted to OT for emergent surgery.
Left sided decompressive craniotomy done with evacuation of Subdural Hematoma.
Post operatively kept sedated/Ventilated for 10 days and weaned off gradually after tracheostomy.
He recovered to full consciousness and started oral intake.
Tracheostomy removed and he started talking as well. Cranioplasty will be done soon.🙂
